LUXURY HOTEL PARTNERS AWARDED HOTEL SQUARE PARIS LUXURY BOUTIQUE HOTEL MANAGEMENT CONTRACT

Luxury Hotel Partners, the hotel management company owned by the operators of Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH), has been appointed to operate Hotel Square in Paris

The 22 bedroom contemporary boutique hotel, situated in Paris’ 16th arrondissement opposite the Radio France building and within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower and the Trocadero, is owned by restaurateur Patrick Derderian whose Zebra Square restaurant shares part of the hotel.

The hotel’s stylish architectural features include a central atrium with a four storey exhibition wall which is visible from every floor where regularly changing displays of works by cutting edge artists are presented.

Luxury Hotel Partners has been appointed to manage Hotel Square after a consultancy period that produced immediate results.

“In the current economic climate all hotel operators are measured by results and we are pleased to win another hotel contract on the basis of our performance,” commented Brian Mills, Managing Director of Luxury Hotel Partners.

“We reviewed room rates and packages to optimize the potential to get a better average spend and higher occupancy.”

Hotel Square owner, Patrick Derderian, already is very pleased with the improved performance.

“I signed a support contract from April to September 2012 as a test to promote our property. Due to the very impressive results that we never achieved in the past – 90% occupancy in June and 88% in July and RevPAR matching the Parisian market, I have just signed a full management contract beginning October 1, 2012,” Derderian said.

Hotel Square’s clientele ranges from discerning businessmen to international leisure travellers and has been part of Small Luxury Hotels of the World since 1996.

All 22 rooms and suites are appointed in tones of amber, ruby and slate with rich woods, deep pile carpets and gorgeous fabrics. Pedestal hand basins in the spacious bathrooms are hand finished from solid blocks of Carrera marble.

In addition to Hotel Square, Luxury Hotel Partners manages 30 boutique hotels in 12 countries including Spain, Greece, China, Brazil, UK, France, Italy and Mexico for owners ranging from individual entrepreneurs to property companies and private estates.

LUXURY HOTEL PARTNERS (LHP) AWARDED No.11 CADOGAN GARDENS LUXURY BOUTIQUE HOTEL MANAGEMENT CONTRACT

Luxury Hotel Partners, the hotel management company, has been appointed to operate No.11 Cadogan Gardens by The Cadogan Estate which recently acquired the 62 bedroom luxury boutique hotel.

Located in Cadogan Gardens, off Sloane Street in London’s fashionable Chelsea, No.11 Cadogan Gardens’ features include 19 suites, a cocktail bar and restaurant, private dining room facilities, a drawing room serving afternoon tea, a library and a gymnasium.

Made up of four properties dating back to 1874, No.11 Cadogan Gardens also showcases four secluded suites, each with a private entrance and garage.

“We are proud to be charged with the responsibility to manage and build the reputation of No.11 Cadogan Gardens as a luxury boutique hotel in arguably one of the best locations in the London,” commented Brian Mills, Managing Director of Luxury Hotel Partners (LHP).

No.11 Cadogan Gardens’ clientele ranges from discerning businessmen, to international leisure travellers and celebrities from Europe, Russia, Middle East and the United States.

“The Cadogan Estate appointed Luxury Hotel Partners due to our wide international experience managing luxury boutique hotels and because our name is not promoted to the hotel guests. In fact, a guest does not see our name anywhere; just the name of the hotel,” Mills said.

“We have been operating boutique hotels for nearly 10 years. Our owners range from individual entrepreneurs to property companies and private estates.”

No.11 Cadogan Gardens is the third luxury hotel in London to be operated by Luxury Hotel Partners Ltd which manages 30 boutique hotels in 12 countries including Spain, Greece, China, Brazil, UK, France, Italy and Mexico.

In the UK, in addition to No.11 Cadogan Gardens, Luxury Hotel Partners also manages The Cadogan, a 64 bedroom luxury boutique hotel situated nearby on Sloane Street in Knightsbridge, and The Bingham, a 15 bedroom boutique hotel in Richmond, Surrey.

Luxury Hotel Partners (www.luxuryhotelpartners.com) is owned by the operators of Small Luxury Hotels of the World (www.SLH.com) which offers an unsurpassed collection of over 520 luxury hotels in more than 70 countries worldwide. The portfolio of privately owned hotels ranges from a London pied-à-terre to a private tropical island in the Seychelles.
